We are working hard to ensure we continue to provide an excellent service to you all during this uncertain time. We realise it’s more important now than ever, that we are all able to lift each other’s spirits, as well as our own, by sending and receiving invaluable goods.
Please be rest assured that we’re putting in place all necessary precautions to ensure that our staff, our customers, and everyone around us remain safe.
We continue to follow and monitor the official guidance from the UK and Scottish Governments. It is of vital importance for us to be in a position to ensure that all procedures are in place to support the health and well-being of our customers and staff members.
To help combat the spread of COVID-19, we have put precautionary safety measures in place, including:
- Introducing contactless deliveries
- Emphasising frequent and proper hand washing
- Cleaning high contact points more frequently
- Providing hand sanitizer where appropriate
- Working with local health authorities
In view of the new social distancing guidelines, we have introduced a contactless delivery process for all recipients. All of our drivers have been fully briefed in this new temporary procedure.
In line with government guidance, we continue to operate as usual. We will update our customers accordingly and follow official guidance from the UK and Scottish Governments.
