I have a question about sending a parcel or freight

Where can M&H Carriers deliver to?
We have a network of four hubs and 10 satellite depots across Scotland, allowing us to provide comprehensive delivery coverage. We also work with national multi-carrier networks and pallet distribution networks in order to provide coverage to the whole of the UK.
I’m not a business but I still have something to send. Can I use M&H Carriers?
Of course! We’re proud to work with national brands and SMEs as well as individuals across the country. Simply drop by or contact your nearest hub to send your parcel.
I have lots of items to send. How do I set up an account?
Setting up an account with M&H Carriers is simple and painless! Follow the instructions on our Accounts page to get started.
Will the goods be signed for?
The choice is yours! Depending on the service, you can choose for the parcel to be signed for or not.
Can the delivery be left in a safe place or with a neighbour?
It’s up to you! You can choose the terms of delivery, including if or where to leave your parcel if the recipient isn’t in.
What size of freight can I send?
Within reason, we can transport any size of freight anywhere in the UK. We are specialists in moving parcels, pallets, bulky objects and two-man items quickly and safely.
Are my goods insured?
Most items are covered by limited liability, but some items including bullion, glass, tobacco and precious metals cannot be covered. For a full list, please see our terms and conditions. There is a £250 excess for all claims. Additional insurance can be arranged – please contact your local hub for more information.
Can my item be sent via M&H Carriers?
If you have any queries about an item you are thinking of sending, please contact your local hub team for advice – or check our terms and conditions.
What happens if goods are lost or damaged?
In the unlikely event that your goods are lost or damaged, please contact your local hub in the first instance. All claims are governed by the policies set out in our terms and conditions.

I have a question about receiving a parcel or freight

Can I track my delivery?
Yes! We provide tracking information for all our deliveries. You can check the status of your delivery here.
What happens if I am out when delivery is attempted?
If delivery is attempted and you are not in, we will leave a note outlining your options for redelivery or collection from your nearest hub.
Can my delivery be left in a safe place or with a neighbour?
If the sender has allowed your delivery to be left with a neighbour or in a safe space, we will do our best to follow their instructions. If in doubt, please contact the sender.
Will I have to sign for my delivery?
This will depend on the service chosen by the sender. If they have requested a signature on delivery, we will have to obtain a signature for the goods.
