For over 20 years, M&H Carriers has provided delivery and collection services in the most rural parts of Scotland from our Inverness hub.
Since 1998 we have provided logistics support to Inverness, the Highlands & Islands and Moray – ensuring businesses and individuals in the north of Scotland have access to a reliable delivery service.
We are proud to work with many small and family-run businesses in the area who require delivery and distribution to and from the Highlands & Islands. We have also invested heavily in the Highland community – becoming the first distribution firm in the region to introduce electric vehicles. Our fleet of 10 e-vans now provides last-mile deliveries throughout the Highland capital.
Our Delivery Services in Inverness
We offer deliveries to and from Inverness, and the Highlands and Islands, to anywhere in the UK thanks to our national fleet of 200 vehicles, as well as partnerships with major national multi-carrier operators and pallet distribution networks.
From small parcels to pallets and bulky freight, our team knows how to get your items safely to their destinations on time. If you are sending a parcel locally, you may even be able to take advantage of our Low-Cost Local Deliveries scheme.
Our team in Inverness also offers a two-person delivery service for SMEs and national chains, carrying large items including furniture and appliances.
How to Send Your Items
Individuals and small businesses looking to send items infrequently can visit us at our hub on Carsegate Road. Accessible parking is available on site, making this a convenient location to drop off items for shipping or delivery. Please get in touch with our Inverness team if you have any queries.
Businesses looking to send a large number of items can set up an account, which will allow us to process your deliveries quickly and efficiently. Our accounts team is on hand throughout the week to help you with any queries you may have about this process.
Our Highland Delivery and Logistics Team
Our team of logistics experts in the Highlands is headed up by Jack MacDonald, who has over 30 years’ experience in the industry. He and his team of over 150 delivery professionals are dedicated to ensuring our customers’ parcels, pallets, freight and two-man items are delivered on time and in perfect condition.
The Inverness team is also responsible for our satellite depots in Fort William, Kyle of Lochalsh, Helmsdale, Muir of Ord, Thurso, North Uist and Stornoway – and the staff and vehicles based there. This allows us to provide an unrivalled delivery experience for even the remotest areas of the Highlands.
