2 – Person Team Porter / Warehouse Assistant

Due to continued growth, M&H Carriers are recruiting for 2 – Person Team Porter / Warehouse Assistant within our Elgin Depot. The successful candidates must be highly motivated, have great customer service and an excellent work ethic.

Main roles and responsibilities

· Loading / unloading vehicles.

· Assisting delivery driver.

· Checking off freight manifests.

· Accurate scanning of freight.

· Forklift driving.

· Manual handling.

· Ensuring good housekeeping within the depot.

· Demonstrating good health and safety practises.

Forklift licence

Hours:

5 days per week, from 07:00 to 16:30

Please note that your employment with M&H Carriers is contingent upon the submission of a basic disclaimer (DBS) within the first three weeks of your start date. If you do not currently have a basic disclaimer, you may obtain one for a fee of £25.00. M&H Carriers will refund this £25.00 fee upon the successful completion of your probation period.

Failure to submit the completed disclaimer within the specified timeframe may result in the reconsideration of your employment status with M&H Carriers.
